General
- We cannot offer refunds, once you’ve purchased this package it’s final. Trying to charge back a purchase will earn you a permanent ban from all Australis Roleplay services without a chance at an appeal
- You must cancel any active subscription before it comes out the following month if you choose to not stay subscribed, we can’t do this for you
- Supporting the server does not give you rights to break server/community rules, doing so will result with you being punished the same as every one else
- We cannot control any fees that Tebex may charge, our packages are priced low to account for it as much as we can on our end
- If the package doesn’t include items that are automatically applied to you, please give server staff up to 24 hours to apply these for you. This will usually be done within a few hours, or instant however.
Misc Purchases & Other Important Information
- Vehicle Plates are given as a usable item, you are responsible for the safety of those items once they're given to you in-game. They may be sold in-game for in-game cash.
